During my three-night stay, I loved that I was just a short walk away from beautiful attractions like Constitucion Park and the Regional Museum of Sinaloa, while also enjoying quick access to amazing dining options like Kobe Sushi Gourmet. the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making my experience enjoyable throughout my stay.

I really enjoyed my 3-night stay. The room was comfy, and the food at the restaurant was solid. However, the pool was closed during my visit, which was a bummer. Also, I had some issues with the cleanliness when I checked in. Overall, it’s a great place if you don’t mind a few hiccups.

During my stay, the pool was closed for maintenance, which was a letdown given the high temperatures. The bathroom light malfunctioned, and I also encountered issues with the phone and dresser. Additionally, one elevator was out of service, causing some inconvenience when navigating the hotel. The exhaust from the generator during a blackout was directly facing the balcony, making the air unpleasant at times.

Be sure to explore the fitness room. it has great equipment, but check the water dispenser before you work out.

I really liked my Deluxe King Room. It was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable. The decor was nice, and the bed felt super cozy. Just wish there was a bit less dust when we first checked in. Otherwise, the room was great, and the housekeeping got better each day.

Had a great time with friends! We explored the Sinaloa Institute of Culture and enjoyed a show at the Pablo de Villavicencio Theater. The staff was friendly, and room service was quick. Just a heads up, pool access was limited during off-season, so swimming wasn't an option. Overall, a solid stay.
